Earth Links
The earth
is proud
for growing trees
they are her children
she is very solicitous of
them
she strengthens
reinforces their roots which
compensate for weight
the earth became once engaged to the sun
(their parents had organized
the cosmic ceremony akin to
ancient tribes)
earth sends sun messages
through the trees branches
& birds born in the foliages
they are their links
more & more
acid rains or
nuclear vapors
prevent them from connecting
