Here we are at this moment
holding onto each other
as the world passes by.
We're standing here
looking into each others eyes,
with our eyes locked
making promises in the sky.
I know that this love was brought
together by angels in the sky.
This is when prayers unfold,
with sheets and dreams come true.
This is when I look into
your eyes making that solemn vow
to only share my life with you.
My body feels all of your
gentle touches sending ripples,
like rushing water all through me.
I'm overflowing with love,
this time around.
No one has ever made me feel this way.

I prayed so many times for you.
I never thought this moment would come.
I never thought I would find someone like you.
I never thought I could feel so, alive.
You make me feel like I could fly.
You placed wings on my back so,
I could reach the stars in Heaven.
You made my dreams come true
and for all of these reasons,
I love you.
